Firstly, ensure all of your players have set their In-Game Names and Discord IDs via their settings page.

Navigate to the tournaments page by clicking "PLAY NOW" at the top left of the screen. Alternatively, click "SCHEDULE" at the top of the page, select the division you wish to view tournaments for and find the specific tournament you want to play.

Click a tournament in the list, and you will be redirected to that tournament's event page. In the "Overview" tab, the tournament information will be shown (the title of the tournament, the registration opening and closing times, check-in time, start time, current tournament status, a link to the division's standings, and a link to join Discord). When registrations are open a button will appear that says "JOIN TOURNAMENT". Click that button to open up the Join Tournament modal.

You will be presented with a dropdown list for teams and a dropdown list for players. Only teams with players, and players within the region of that specific tournament will be listed. Select the team you wish to register for the tournament. Once the team is selected, you can select players you want to add to the roster. Again, ensure all players have the necessary IGNs, Discord IDs, Invite, or Premium status or they will not be displayed. Any illegible players will be listed below the dropdown under their respective warnings.

Once you have selected the players you wish to add to the roster, click "Join". All players will receive a notification that they have joined the tournament, and your team will be listed in the "Teams" tab of the event page.

MY TEAM IS LISTED UNDER RESERVES. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Our tournament have a maximum team limit for each event, this limit is shown in the "Settings and Rules" tab of the event page. If you are listed as a reserve, you will have the chance to play if a team who registered earlier did not check-in during the check-in window. The order of contact is listed in the order of the reserves list (the # number next to your team's name).

HOW DO I CHECK IN FOR A TOURNAMENT?

Team owners / admins can check-in their team via the "Live Scores" tab on the tournament page by clicking the "We're Here" button at the top right of the event page under the "Player Actions" heading. This area is also used to let the admins know when your team is ready for each round.

Due to some issues that our website is having, we ask that all team captains check-in via Discord. To do this, during the check-in window for Open leagues please sit in the VOIP channel with the same number as your team's number that is listed on the tournament page under the "Teams" tab. For example, if you are team #1 for a PUBG squads tournament, please sit in the SQUAD #1 VOIP channel for your respective region.

For Invite leagues, please either sit in your Discord channel or DM an admin.

In either of the above cases, we will ensure you are marked as checked-in on our admin backend.

Results and Statistics are updated live as we receive them. Once scores are entered into our backend, they are immediately updated on the public front-end on the tournament page, and the overall leaderboards are also immediately updated.
